Bus stop:
- While waiting for the bus, don't hesitate to consult all the practical information: line number and map, timetables, tickets...
- The bus may be late depending on traffic conditions, but it should not be early. However, our buses are not accurate to the second, so it is preferable to arrive at the stop one or two minutes before the theoretical time announced in the guide.
- When your bus arrives, which you can easily identify by the route number and destination on the front of the vehicle, remember to wave to the driver. While stops are optional, he will understand that you are not waiting for another bus and will mark the stop. Don't forget to have your pass card, ticket or change ready...
Getting on the bus:
- Boarding the bus is done through the front door of the vehicle.
- A ticket is, among other things, an insurance card. You must have one for all your trips. If you have a valid ticket, validate it as soon as you get on the bus by passing it in front of the desk at the front of the bus.
- If you do not have a ticket or if you have forgotten your pass, buy a ticket from the driver. Don't forget to stamp it when you buy it.
- Keep your ticket for the duration of your trip.
- If you forget your pass, you must buy a ticket from the driver.
Getting off the bus:
- Inform the driver of your intention to get off the bus by pressing the "stop requested" button placed on the columns.
- The descent is made through the rear doors of the vehicle.
Comfort and safety:
