For the needs of the supply of the products and services of KEOLIS AGDE, we are likely to collect personal data of minors of less than 15 years, with the agreement of their parents or holders of the parental responsibility.

Within the framework of the accomplishment of all or part of the services referred to above, the data collected by KEOLIS Agde are likely to be communicated:


Within the KEOLIS group, to ensure the continuity of our services and our relationship with our customers;

To schools, in order to check the accuracy of the data, update it if necessary, and if necessary to maintain or not the registration for school transport;

To institutional partners, in order to ensure the proper functioning of public transportation services;

KEOLIS AGDE keeps your personal data for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, except in cases where the law authorizes or requires us to keep them longer.


These periods apply unless you request the deletion or cessation of use of your data before the expiry of these for a reason consistent with any legal obligation that may be imposed on KEOLIS AGDE.

7. What are your rights and how to exercise them?

Access, modification, updating and deletion: you can ask to access your personal data held and processed by KEOLIS AGDE, consult them, obtain a paper or electronic copy and request correction, updating or deletion.

Opposition: you can ask that some of your data are no longer the subject of treatment.

Portability: you may retrieve the data we process about you for your own use or for transfer to another organization.

You can, at any time, exercise all these rights by sending us a request to the address mentioned in paragraph 10: "contact".


In this context, we kindly ask you to accompany your request with the elements necessary for your identification (surname, first name, e-mail) as well as any other information necessary to confirm your identity and to process your request.


We will make every effort to respond to your requests as quickly as possible and in accordance with applicable regulations. However, in some cases, we may not be able to respond favorably to your request for legal or contractual reasons.


You also have the right to appeal to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) in the event of a violation of the regulations applicable to the protection of Personal Data and in particular the RGPD, either online or by post.


8. Security


KEOLIS AGDE takes care to protect and secure Personal Data by putting in place adequate physical, organizational and technical measures to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
